Solution to common iPad/iPod Issues

If your iPad is having issue with sound, freezing up, or any other general issues- the following steps may help solve them:

• Press and hold the Power Button in the top right corner along with the home buttons at the same time. Hold them in for 8 seconds. The device should shut down and restart. If issues persist, please open a ticket with us.
